Skill description

False fire
Passive skill
Highly increase your maximum HP, but can only recover your own HP through the effect of your own skills; gain 35% DMG rate, RES rate and 40% small skill rate; whenever your own round starts, get a fire shield (the strength of the shield is equal to 15% your current HP + 50% of your lost HP, gaining 35% RES rate while active), this effect will only activate for 10 rounds (in 1v1s, only for 6 rounds).

Outside 1v1s, the first time the shield breaks reduce the enemy team's frontliners rage by 200, while increasing your own 30% RES rate and getting rage reduce immunity for 1 round; when receiving fatal damage, won't die but immediately get a fire shield and get immunity to negative states for 1 round. Can only obtain a fire shield when Billy XIV is in the front row or in 1v1s.

Each time you get a fire shield, the remaining shield will be collected and Billy XIV will gain a permanent increase of 4% ATK (can be stacked), otherwise immediately dispel negative states (including petrification) and gain a permanent increase of 6% DEF (can be stacked)
Increase your own max HP by 40% (level 1, each level increases by 0.05%)
Highly increase your maximum HP, but can only recover your own HP through the effect of your own skills; gain 40% DMG rate, RES rate and 60% small skill rate; whenever your own round starts, get a fire shield (the strength of the shield is equal to 25% your current HP + 70% of your lost HP [including HP under the Septic effect], gaining 40% RES rate and becoming immune to burn damage while active), this effect will only activate for 10 rounds (in 1v1s, only for 6 rounds); when own HP is below 50%, get an extra 10% RES rate.

Outside 1v1s, the first time the shield breaks reduce the enemy team's frontliners rage by 300, while increasing your own 40% RES rate and getting rage reduce immunity for 2 rounds; when receiving fatal damage, won't die but immediately get a fire shield and get immunity to negative states for 2 rounds, this effect can be activated up to 2 times per battle. When the fire shield is broken (excluding the first time), reduce the rage of the enemy with the highest ATK by 100, and if the enemy's rage is still full, reduce its ATK power by 15% (for 1 round, ignores control-free, cannot be dispelled), this effect can activate up to 3 times per battle. Can only obtain a fire shield when BillyXIV is in the front row or in 1v1s.

Each time you get a fire shield, the remaining shield will be collected and BillXIV will gain 100 to 300 rage (the more shield absorbed, the higher the value), plus a permanent increase of 6% ATK (can be stacked), otherwise immediately dispel negative states (including petrification) and gain a permanent increase of 9% DEF (can be stacked). During your own turn, you will not be treated as the lowest HP ally.

Nunchaku mid-strike
Skill
Attack a column; increase your block rate equal to 20% of the sum of all targets hit but not more than 60% (this effect cannot be dispelled). Restore 20% of your own lost HP (regardless of the healing rate) and 200 rage. For 1 round, whenever you get rage reduced, immediately regain 200 rage.
Deal 160%+15 damage to the target (level 1)
Attack a column; 50% chance to stun the main target for 1 round; increase your block rate equal to 30% of the sum of all targets hit but not more than 60% (this effect cannot be dispelled). Restore 25% of your own lost HP (regardless of the healing rate) and 300 rage. For 2 rounds, share 40% of the damage received by the ally in the back row with the highest ATK, and reduce the share of damage received by itself by 80% (the shared damage ignores the shield, directly consuming HP, and when own HP is lower than 10%, the damage won't be shared), only one ally can share the damage. For 1 round, whenever you get rage reduced, immediately regain 300 rage.
Deal 180%+15 damage to the target (level 1)

Attack a column; increase your own ATK, DEF and block power by 20%; this skill's damage is amplified by flame-ULT enhancing effects; consumes 15% of your current HP and causes 15% of your own maximum HP as additional damage to the main target (ignoring control-free); increase your ULT res and small skill res by 20% to 40% (the lower the current HP, the higher the value).
Deal 280%+25 points of damage to a column.
Attack a column; increase your own ATK, DEF and block power by 30%; this skill's damage is amplified by flame-ULT enhancing effects; consumes 20% of your current HP and causes 20% of your own maximum HP as additional damage to the main target (ignoring control-free); increase your ULT res and small skill res by 20% to 40% (the lower the current HP, the higher the value).

Get additional effects depending on BillyXIV's current HP:

* 80% or less: reduces the target column's ULT damage by 25% for 1 round (ignores control-free)
* 60% or less: dispel the main target's buffs
* 40% or less: restore 200 rage to yourself and an ally who is not at full rage
* 20% or less: restore 15% of your maximum HP (value unaffected by increases or decreases in healing rate) and dispels all negative status for an ally (including petrification, priority to a controlled ally)


Deal 300%+25 damage to all enemies. "Continuous HP recovery" heals 100%ATK+15 HP every round.
SMAX (water gate upgrade) Attack a column; increase your own ATK, DEF and block power by 35%; this skill's damage is amplified by flame-ULT enhancing effects; consumes 25% of your current HP and causes 25% of your own maximum HP as additional damage to the main target (ignoring control-free); increase your ULT res and small skill res by 30% to 50% (the lower the current HP, the higher the value).

Get additional effects depending on BillyXIV's current HP:

* 80% or less: reduces the target column's ULT damage by 30% for 1 round (ignores control-free)
* 60% or less: dispel the main target's buffs
* 50% or less: switch the ULT to attack the enemy with the highest ATK; for 2 rounds, when own HP drops below 20% HP for the first time, immediately restore 20% HP (unaffected by healing power decreases or increases)
* 40% or less: restore 200 rage to yourself and an ally who is not at full rage; if Maxima XIV isn't present as an ally or striker, when the effect is triggered for the first time each round, recover an additional 500 rage to the target ally
* 30% or less: restore 15% of your maximum HP (value unaffected by increases or decreases in healing rate) and dispels all negative status for an ally (including petrification, priority to a controlled ally)
